So, here’s what happened. Dakota asked a neighbor to call the cops because he was being abused. But instead of helping him, Wilson sat on him, and he ended up dying. Can you believe that?
She got six years in a state correctional facility, but she’ll serve the last year on probation. It’s just so sad. Dakota was found unresponsive outside their home, and despite efforts to save him, he died two days later.
The autopsy showed he had severe brain swelling and other injuries. Wilson claimed she was just trying to discipline him, but it went horribly wrong. She even thought he was faking when he stopped moving.
