Dublin: Storm Éowyn is causing quite a stir. The Met Office has issued a red warning for wind across Ireland and parts of Scotland. This is serious stuff, folks.
They expect winds to hit 100mph in some areas. It’s going to be wild on Friday morning. The warning is in effect from 7am to 2pm, so be prepared.
Dangerous conditions are on the way. The Met Office says we could see widespread disruption. They’ve also issued an Amber warning for North Wales and other regions.
In Northern Ireland, wind speeds could reach 80-90mph. Some exposed spots might even see gusts up to 100mph. That’s no joke!
